My UT Withholding ID is giving me an error, but I've verified it multiple times. Is there a fix for this?

I get an error that says, "UT Withholding ID number 14 characters long without hyphens, which it is.  I've entered it multiple times and received the same error each time.

Its ridiculously crazy...but the last 3 letters must be lower case:  like  "wth" and NOT "WTH"

You might need to blank-out the entire number, click in another box, then return to the IDnumber box adn re-enter to get it to take right.
