My sons IP Pin gets sent to his mother but he has lived with me for the last 5 years. She claims him every year knowing I can not get the pin. What can I do?

Print your return and file by mail. It will take the IRS longer to process, but they should still receive the duplicate dependent claim which will start an investigation. Both parents should get letters asking them to prove the child lived with them.
