My refund is enough to cover my fees but I'm not give the option to pay it with my refund.

My total fees for federal and state is $130. My federal refund is $166. But its saying I do not have enough in my refund to cover my fees. Why is this?

When you choose to pay your TurboTax fees using your federal refund, there is an EXTRA refund processing fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) + tax. Your refund is not enough for that .
