My refund is being rejected because it says my deceased husband’s income doesn’t match for 2023 he was getting social security he didn’t pay taxes

If your spouse did not file a tax return for 2023, you can enter zero (0) for the prior year AGI. If you filed a joint return, his AGI would be the same as yours.
