My paper work (form 6475) is different from the official IRS website?

Forms 6475 say my wife and I received 1400 each in 2021. The official IRS website tells me that Payment 1 was 1200, payment 2 was 600 and payment 3 was 1400.  We don't remember getting payment 3 either.

Letter 6575 is ONLY for the 3rd EIP payment.   Better check your bank records for a deposit(s) of $1400 per person sometime after mid-March last year.   The IRS says they sent you the $1400 each so if you say on your tax return that you did not receive it, your refund will be delayed for a long time.   if you really did not receive the 3rd stimulus amount then you need to have them trace it.

Look at your bank statements from the March - May 2021 timeframe for a deposit of $2,800 with the payee being the IRS TREAS 310 TAXEIP3
