My name is [PII Removed] when I originally filed my taxes you deducted fees from my taxes I was suppose to get and my taxes was rejected and I had to pay directly

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Billing I don’t think that is right you charged me when originally filed my taxes and my taxes were rejected then you charged me again for your services to repair my taxes and now I have to pay federal tax. I think I will use your service again and not referring any of my friends any more I paid you around 450 dollars and getting 200 back
