You never claim a spouse as a dependent.  If he died in 2019 you can still file a Joint return.  You will probably have to mail it.  There is a problem Efiling when one spouse is deceased.  How did you file 2018?  As joint?

Yes we filed as joint last year

I'm very sorry that your husband passed in 2019.  You correctly filed as Married Filing Jointly.  This double the Standard Deduction that you're entitled to.  If you have a dependent child you will be able to file as Qualified Widow for two additional years.

@Thor7 If you do not know the information needed to reset the password and gain access to your husband's account, you will need to create a new account.  You can request a tax return transcript, or order copies of prior returns, from the IRS:  Can I get a copy of my tax return from the IRS?
