My husband is active duty military but I just filed jointly and was charged $80 ($40 state. $40 federal) I would like a refund immediately please. Thank you.

You had to indicate in the My Info section that he was active military.  You had to enter a military W-2 for his income.  If that was done then you would not have been charged.

If you paid the TurboTax account fees with a credit card then you will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance.

If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
