My files say accepted but I got a letter in the mail saying my federal return won't be processed until I send in a 1095?

The 8962 is populated by entering in the info off the 1095-A from the ACA marketplace.   If you do not have one then check your account online  https://www.healthcare.gov/login  and look in your messages for the form.   If you don't have an online account then call them https://www.healthcare.gov/contact-us/
