My employer filed me as a Statutory Employee. I'm a Nurse Aide that works for a STAFFING AGENCY. IRS says NURSE AIDE don't qualify for STATUTORY EMPLOYEE. How do I fix?

Contact your employer for a corrected W-2.

You need to be issued a corrected W-2. The issuer of the W-2 is the only entity that can fix it, and provide you a corrected W-2. So you'll need to contact them.
