My deluxe turbo tax would not allow me to start my free state tax

I already filled in my federal tax and it was reviewed but I cannot start my IL state tax

Are you using the Desktop installed program?  What happens when you try ?  Where did you buy Deluxe?  Deluxe can come  2 ways, Deluxe with a free state program and Deluxe without state for states without an income tax.  Try updating your program.   Go up to Online-Check for Updates.

Depending on where you purchased your program and what version you are using (Online or Desktop) you may not have a free state download.
