It may be adding a $7 underpayment penalty.  You have to compare each line.

We do not know what other web site you are talking about or what you entered there.   All of the do--it-yourself tax software must comply with all current tax laws and is tested and approved by the tax authorities.   
So entering the exact same information should yield the same results.   Something that you entered differently may have resulted in the $7 difference.  Do -it - yourself software is subject to user error.
