2019 returns will not show up on the IRS site now.  Only 2020 returns are displayed.  If you mean you are having trouble e-filing your 2020 return because of AGI--use zero.   If zero does not work then print, sign and mail your 2020 return.

2019 return transcript should be there on IRS website. Only 2018 return transcript is present. How to make sure my return was actually filed for 2019 ?. That is the reason my AGI is not matching and even 0 is not working

The IRS is still very backlogged in processing 2019 returns and in updating transcripts.   If zero will not work and let you e-file your 2020 return, you will have to print, sign and mail it.  Sorry.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
