My 1099 and w2 is from year 2015. Is this the right app?

No.  The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2019.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2015.

Online is only for 2019 returns.  Do you need to file a 2015 return?  Or amend 2015?  Sorry you can't use Turbo Tax.  They only sell the last 3 years.  You need to go to a local accountant or tax place.

Sorry---you cannot use the online program to file a 2015 tax return.  The online program is only for a 2019 tax return.

In fact, software is no longer available for a 2015 tax return.  If you want to file the return you can use the paper forms and mail them in.  You will not receive a tax refund for a 2015 tax return.  It is too late.
