I have seen many messages about Morgan Stanley forms import failing (without any specific error) and that fixed after update for desktop software.
I am having the same issue with online version, and it simply does not work. I double checked my credentials, ensured the security setting on MS website (it is enabled), and tried different browser.
I keep getting
"Did something change? We can't find this account at your bank."

There is a third party data sharing setting that you need to ensure is turned on.
This customer provided a possible solution for those saying they cannot import into TurboTax. You need to log back into your E-Trade account, click on your profile icon, select Security Settings, Select Manage Third Party data sharing, and select yes to allow, and then save. Then import into TurboTax. (The customer that posted here already had it enabled but doing it again somehow fixed the import issue.)
