Mistaken purchase

I mistakenly purchased TurboTax Online Expert Assist Premium 2025. I ment to only purchase the basic route... I did not use the advanced features of premium nor do I intend to..is it possible to get a refund on the premium and just pay for basic

To remove TurboTax Expert Assist, you can open your TurboTax return, go to Tax Tools in the left side menu, select Clear & Start Over, and then you can choose a different version of TurboTax.

You must do this before paying for or registering your TurboTax  product.

You may also be able to downgrade using the "Downgrade" button in the "Review" section of your left side menu. If you can't you will have to clear your tax data to switch products provided you haven't already used the expert features.
