Manual download turbotax 2021 premier. I bought program so i have the license but new laptop does not have cd drive

So, what is your issue? When you downloaded the software from the TurboTax site it should be on your hard drive. And if you are using a Windows PC it should be in the Download Directory. All you need to do is double click on the TurboTax installation file and it will start the install process.
