Error 119 indicates a corrupted file.
What tax data file are you trying to open? Since you are using the 2022 TurboTax desktop edition, the only files the software can open are the 2022 tax data files which have a file extension of .tax2022.
Do you have a backup copy of the 2022 tax data file?
Or are you trying to transfer a 2021 tax data file to the 2022 tax return?
You may have to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
