Our loan was several years ago and they just issued me an ultimatum to pay the load or they will send a 1099.

Report the 1099-R exactly as it appears. At a certain point the tax law requires the company to issue the tax document for unpaid loans of this type.
You must report the taxable income on your tax return.
Where in Turbo Tax do I enter the income?
@Doylerobi What income are you referring to? What form is the income being reported on?
The income off of northwestern life1099. Around 9,000….where do I report it at on TurboTax.
I thought my comments were all thogeth3r so I didn’t explain myself;
If the income was reported on a Form 1099-R, then use the instructions in the following TurboTax help article to enter your information. If it was a different type of Form 1099, please respond with what tax form you received.
