Turbotax does completecheck. I answered a few questions and keep getting this error. There is nothing wrong with internet connection

Let's get you back to your taxes. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again or check back in a few minutes.

Sometimes the TurboTax Online program will drop the connection temporarily. You can try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies and try again. If you are still having issues please comment back.

I cleared cache and cookies and multiple browsers, and logged back into Turbotax.

 

The same problem is still there. 

 

Some more information.

- When I hit "Try Again", I am directed to to File page Review My Order.

- I go back to CompleteCheck from the left navigation, and I get exactly the same error.

- Interestingly enough, I get the same error in my mobile app

 

Should I go ahead and file my return? Knowing that Turbotax doesn't tell me that CompleteCheck is good or bad makes me nervous.

If the above steps do not work, please try another browser or "incognito" mode in Chrome.  You can also try processing this earlier in the day or in the evening.  If this continues to happen, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.  This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.
