Check you picked the right state in the drop down box 15.
I did pick the correct box. The state of KS thinks the state portion of the W-2 (box 16) should be on KS schedule B1.
I am wondering why TurboTax did not place it there. If TurboTax has a methodology on how this scenario should happen (reside 100% in MO but income is from KS), I would like to know because I went through the interview and answered the questions.
I will call the state of KS on Monday because they arbitrarily came up with a 68% non-resident percentage??
I have read the state of KS instructions for Schedule B, the state of KS is correct. I have saved my TT file and am trying to answer the questions to get the state of KS answer, so far, no luck....
