Same thing keeps happening to me. Following.
logged in this morning and it worked. I didn't do anything different so I don't have any clue what changed
You can try to verify the email that you already have on file by following these steps. Go to the bottom left hand corner, find "Intuit Account" and select it. Then go to "Sign-In and Security". Then you will see the option to verify your email address or to enter your email.
When you get the verification email, you need to follow the link and login again to resolve this issue.
