K1 Form (Fundrise) Entry in NJ State Return - Partner Status Field

Hi,

I have investments in Fundrise - for which I have received K1 forms (for eFunds). I could successfully enter those forms in Federal return. But when it came to NJ tax return, it is asking me for Partner Status.. and giving me options like "Nonresident individual", "New Jersey Resident Individual",  and "Part Year Resident Individual". All the funds are in Washington, Virginia, with on filing requirements for those states. As it comes to NJ State filing, would my partner status be considered "New Jersey Resident Individual" or "Nonresident individual"? In other words, is partner status driven based on the partner/ my address or partnership/ business address?

Then Turbo Tax asks for "Did you receive a New Jersey Schedule NJK-1 (Form NJ-1065)? The answer to this question is no, since the form I have received is Form-1065 and not NJ-1065.

Then Turbo Tax asks for "Enter Reconciliation Amounts" ... There isn't anything in New Jersey for any of the funds, so I would leave this blank.

But any help on partner status - and how to think about "Reconciliation Amounts" would be super hepful.

Since the fund can't be  a "Part Year Resident Individual",

the options must be referring to you.

Thank you. I think the answer is "New Jersey Resident Individual" since I live in New Jersey - but I am not 100% sure...
