Just downloaded turbo tax for 2020 and went online, it asks for 2019?

If you bought and downloaded the 2020  program why are you logging in online ?

Just downloaded turbo tax for 2020 and went online, it asks for 2019?

When you start a new 2020 return it will first ask to transfer from 2019.  You need the file ending in .tax2019 on your computer to transfer into 2020. Or you can skip transferring.

 

Did you get the 2020 Desktop program installed ok and entered the 16 digit License Code to activate it?
