TurboTax accounts cannot be combined--one does not affect the other. Figure out which one has the correct information entered on the tax return and use that account to file from. If you are getting a rejection that says you already filed then either you did file from the other account---or your Social Security number has been used this year somehow--did you use the non-filer site to get a stimulus check? If you did that, that is why your return is being rejected.
You emailed me and said that "more than one Turbo Tax account is using my info" Please change to one account. I was billed $80 and I think I should have been billed $40.
According to you yesterday you filed both the federal and state tax returns. Is this correct?
My return has not been rejected its just that you say I have more than one Turbo Tax account and I only want and need one.
We can't see any of your information. We are able to answer general questions. There is no way to delete or merge multiple accounts. You will have to decide what account you wish to proceed in and leave the other one dormant. You will file your returns, we do not unless you have chosen to have chosen Full Service.
This Turbo Tax FAQ will show you how to check your e-file status, as this is something we will not know. You will also receive an email advising you of the return being accepted or rejected. If you opted in for text messages, you will receive that also. How do I check my e-file status?
I only want one account that I used to file my tax returns on. I was charged $80 for 2 accounts and I only need one. Please credit me for the $40 for the unused account. Thank you!
Please I need only one account

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
@davidstry If you got charged 40 twice = 80 it might have been 40 for federal and 40 for state. Are you in Deluxe? State is a separate $40. Or if you wanted the 40 for federal deducted from your refund there is an EXTRA 40 Pay with Refund service charge. That was all before Feb 27. March 1 the prices went up.
