There is an extra $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) fee to use "refund processing" to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund by a third party bank.   If your refund is not enough to cover the fees plus that refund processing fee, you will have to pay upfront using a debit or credit card.   And.....they will not consider refund amounts that are coming from lines 28 or 30 for refund processing.
