IT error - the DOB record cannot be updated from the E-file page. It only updates properly if update on the profile page directly.

That is not a programming error ... that is the way the program works. All personal info must be corrected in the MY INFO tab.

What is the field editable then, make it output instead of a textbox? It's just poor workflow. Why not just redirect to the profile page. How would a user know that the editable text box is useless?
