It depends on what version of TurboTax you have. If you are working in a LIVE-help version of TurboTax you can connect with a LIVE specialist within the program.
As you prepare your taxes in TurboTax Live, you can quickly connect with one of our credentialed tax experts: Select the floating "Live Help" button. Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window. Enter your tax question or tax topic area and select Continue.
TurboTax Live Assisted Premium offers unlimited expert help as you go. If you want to have a dedicated expert do your self-employment and investment taxes for you, you can choose TurboTax Live Full Service.
