Yes.  You need a full windows or mac computer to install it on.

Is TurboTax for 2020 available? What is the link to buy TurboTax 2020, please?

Desktop (CD/download) software for 2020 is available through the TurboTax site and from various retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam's, Costco, etc.

Online TurboTax for 2020 will not open until early December.
