Use the following TurboTax website to contact TurboTax customer service/support.  Support is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific time (8am to Midnight Eastern time) daily, during tax season.  Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

No.  TurboTax Support team does not close on weekends during tax season. The operation hours are available 7 days a week from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.  Please use the following link to reach our support agents for assistance.  https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

As far as the program, you can sign in anytime 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
