Is there a way to upgrade TurboTax Home and Business to TurboTax Business? I have an scorp but mistakenly downloaded Home and Business from Amazon.

"Is there a way to upgrade TurboTax Home and Business to TurboTax Business?"

No, there is no way to upgrade to TurboTax Business since that product is designed to prepare income tax returns solely for entities (e.g., corporations, partnerships, estates/trusts) while TurboTax Home & Business is designed to prepare income tax returns solely for individuals.

You will have to purchase TurboTax Business separately if you want to prepare the income tax return for your S corporation with a TurboTax product. Also, recall that you will still need a personal income tax product, such as TurboTax Home & Business, to prepare your individual income tax return (e.g., 1040).

Yes, you can upgrade from one product to another. This should assist you with that:

That is true for the online version, but what about the downloaded version?  I JUST downloaded Home and Business and then I realized that I need Business.  Can you upgrade?

well, that stinks!  (IE, no upgrade path from Home&Business to Business).  Add that to the upcharge to efile my CA return and I'm just plain UNSATISFIED with TurboTax.
