Is the Schedule C included with the Premier Turbo Tax?

No, you may enter income only with Premier. If you want to take expenses, you must upgrade to Self-Employed.

It is included if you buy the Desktop CD/Download program.  All Desktop programs have all the same forms.  

But for the Online versions you need the Self Employed version to fill out schedule C if you have expenses.  If you don't have expenses you might be able to use a lower version.
