Is the $39.99 fee for e-filing or for paying TurboTax using my refund?

I want to e-file so I can get my refund as fast as possible.  I also chose the option to pay TurboTax with my refund.  I would like to remove the 39.99 fee so is it a matter of paying the TurboTax fee with my credit card?

There is a fee for paying out of your refund, yes, and you can bypass that fee by paying up-front with a credit or debit card. That will get rid of the "processing fee" from your charges.
