No. E-filing of Tax Year 2020 returns closed in October; TurboTax phone apps are an extension of TurboTax Online. At this time, you must file a paper return; you'll need TurboTax CD/Download 2020.
Do you have a PC or Mac laptop and a printer? If so you don't need a desktop for TurboTax CD/Download, just a way to install it on your laptop (CD/DVD drive, download to laptop or flash drive, etc.)
Literally all I have is my phone.
And it was rejected last year due to a typo in my DOB...
Doesn't matter. If you didn't fix your rejected return before TurboTax Online closed, it's too late to fix it now; you simply didn't file. If you don't have access to a PC or Mac to install TurboTax CD/Download, you'll have to fill out the paper forms some other way. If your phone can access a printer, try downloading the PDFs on your phone (all IRS PDF forms are fillable), filling it out in a PDF reader, and printing it from there.
Since the DOB is irrelevant to a mailed in return you can download the PDF and get it printed in some way some how ... do you have a friend or family member that can download the PDF and print the return ?
You can also have it printed self-service at any FedEx Office location. For instructions, go to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/printing/printandgo.html .
Careful ... the only PDF you can get now is the one with all the worksheets that do NOT get mailed ... you only need the 1040 plus any other form/schedules that have an ATTACHMENT SEQUENCE number in the right hand corner. Your actual return is probably 2 to 15 pages and not the 50+ in the file ... since a store will charge you per page don't print more than needed.
