Is it possible to file Form 8962 for 2019 through TurboTax Deluxe online?

You can access the 2019 return your prepared using TurboTax online using these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account here if you're haven't already.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Your tax returns & documents.
3. Select the year you want, then select Download/print return (PDF).
4. You can also choose to download the .tax file if you want to open the return in the desktop product (to amend it, for example).

If the year you're looking for isn't there, it might be in a different account. Go here to find all of your accounts, one of them should have the return you're looking for.

Yes, if you have not already filed your return, all you need to do is enter your 1095-A into TurboTax and the 8962 will get filed with your return.   But if you have already filed and received a notice from the IRS requesting it, please follow the instructions here.    @Rachelefreeman15

So much for free. I don't understand why we have to but the software " only" because we got this form. What happened to free? It would cost me more to buy the program & file then to simply submit the 1095 A form with the 8962 form to the IRS. Silly.

I Never received my 2019 taxes after using your services and I never received my 600 stimulus check so I probably would never use this again

If you didn't get your second stimulus check, you can still claim the payment in 2021 as a tax credit ( Recovery rebate credit) on your 2020 return.

Here's how you can claim the credit:

• Enter all of your federal return information as you would normally. During the Federal Review, we’ll check if you meet eligibility requirements for the stimulus payment. If you meet the requirements, you'll see a It looks like you qualified for the stimulus, did you get any payments? screen. We'll ask a few questions about any payments you've already received and then let you know if the Recovery Rebate Credit applies.

It’s important that you enter the correct amount of each stimulus payment you received (enter 0 for the second payment).
