Is it possible to do taxes online without downloading program into my computer?

I purchased the Intuit Turbo Tax for 2024 and just found out my computer does not have the correct system to run it. Is it possible to still use this purchased product online without downloading onto my computer?

In order to use the desktop download you must be able to actually download the program.  If your computer does not meet the system requirements then you can seek a refund for the download product and use online TurboTax instead.  But you cannot pay for online TT with that license key.  You pay a separate fee for federal and state when you use online software.
