No. Your W2 and 1099s have to be reported on the same tax return. You have to report ALL your income each year. Or the IRS will send you a letter and a bill.
When you file your tax return this is what you are signing whether you e-file or mail it:
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this return and accompanying schedules and statements, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, they are true, correct, and complete. Declaration of preparer (other than taxpayer) is based on all information of which preparer has any knowledge.
You might as well ask if you can report no income in 2021 and no income on next year's taxes.
