Whoever you are, or whatever stupidity you seem to live in, answering questions for which you have no expertise just makes you look even dumber.
The form WAS available in December 2020.
Turbotax held up how many countless taxes simply because their system couldn't make people file how it was convenient for the software not allowing them to print the forms up themselves and file the paperwork themselves.
First the form was available in January, then the form was available in February, and then March with NO explanation as to what was going on when the form was available at the IRS website since December 2020.
Turbotax has been shown repeatedly to lie to customers and mislead filers and even blatantly use bait and switch tactics to first tell consumers that the "free filing" option was unavailable and even lobbied Congress to lie about free-file options.
Please, take your ignorance elsewhere.
