I logged in to my IRS account successfully.
Under "Tax Records" I chose "Get transcript"
For "reason" I chose AGI (but all "reasons" give the same result)
I did not enter a ten digit "Customer File Number" (this number is not needed when accessing your own transcript)
Access failed with the following message:
You don't have permission to access "http://sa.www4.irs.gov/icce-core/load/gettrans/pages/availableTranscripts.xhtml" on this server.
Reference #18.4a[phone number removed]219.1254f15
I have retried this many times, using all "reasons" and entering zero and 10 zeros in the "Customer File Number" field.
I have tried two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) with the same result.
The IRS is closed on weekends, so no help there.
