IRS fixed my return amount what should I do?

There was a delay in my status when you go to check the status of your refund and I just looked today and it said that they had to adjust my amount and I don’t know why they did so.

You will receive a letter from the IRS in a few weeks explaining what they changed to adjust your tax refund.  If you agree with the IRS then there is nothing further you need to do.  If you disagree with the IRS there will be a procedure in the IRS letter for what you need to do.
