Intuitupdater reads publisher unknown, and it has a different look than former years. Is this normal for 2023?

TT 2023 would not install properly from disk and had to be downloaded through the TT Help Line. I'm using Windows 11. The first time I tried updating after installing the disk it crashed TT 2023. That was the reason I had to call the help desk.  I'm an over 20 year user of  TT and this is the only time I've had this problem.
My question is: is it safe to use with Inituitupdater publisher unknown?

I am having the same problem.  If this problem isn't corrected, I wll no longer be uning TurboTax
