I'm using Windows 10 and I've been able to fill out all of my forms and thought my forms all got sent to the IRS, but no they got rejected. I corrected the problem so I thought and for some reason every time I resubmitted it was rejected because of R0000-902-01. I tried to get back into my turbotax cd and it says it's already downloaded, can't find the download. I've been at this since 5/15/20. I did get turbotax to open up today and then I got a lot of my forms filled out and for one part it said it needed to be updated which it did not need before but I tried to updated it anyway with no luck. I'm not sure if this is a intuit Turbotax problem or Windows but I'm done and I'll find another avenue so I can make sure my taxes are really on file and on time! Not very happy with this product this year especially when I can't contact and actually talk to someone!!!

Apparently you used the IRS or TurboTax non-filers website for the stimulus payment. This sent a 2019 federal tax return to the IRS.
Now you are e-filing another 2019 federal tax return with the same name and Social Security number. It cannot be e-filed but can only be printed and mailed.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to file the 2019 tax return when you have used the non-filers website - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/stimulus-how-to-file-your-return-after-getting-rej...
