I file my 2019 taxes. With turbo taxes. In january 2020 i receive an email from you all stateing my federal and state taxes was ejected.because someone used my identity i sent in all my information in the the mail yo the irs i sent the fraud affivited along with my papers of my taxes they sent me an email in february 2020 tell me my taxes was processing and her its may2020

The IRS stopped processing paper work some time ago and apparently stopped before they finished processing your return. TurboTax gets no information about the status of returns. What does the IRS tracking web site show?
