I filed my 2022 LLC Partnership business tax return using TurboTax Business. Is it possible to import the 2022 return information into TurboTax Business Online for 2023?

There is not an Online Business version. There is a new Live Full Service for Business returns. It's not part of the Business Desktop program but is a separate service. I don't know if they can transfer from the Desktop Business program.
Well, there is also an "Online"... Live Assisted Business too:
TurboTax® Live Assisted Business 2023-2024 (intuit.com)
But I have no idea if you can import form 2022 Desktop Business, or not, either.

Saw just one of 104 reviews that seemed to indicate you couldn't transfer-in data from prior year desktop file, but that might be wrong....Perhaps something one of the "Champs" could have the Moderators check out? @xmasbaby0
Seems like there is an ONLINE version of the TT BUSINESS program since you can start for free and pay when you file ... https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/live/business-taxes/
@SteamTrain I will post to the moderators and ask if TT Business tax files can be transferred to the new online Full Service Business Live.
@SteamTrain Here is a reply from Champ @rjs to the question I posted to the Lounge about Full Service TurboTax Business
There's no such thing as transferring data into Full Service (either business or personal). Full Service Business is not software, it's a service. The return is prepared by a tax pro who is hired by Intuit. I'm pretty sure that the Full Service preparers do not use TurboTax. They use whatever professional software they use for all their clients. It's just like going to a local tax pro, except that you communicate online instead of going in to the preparer's office. So it's unlikely that they would be able to transfer data from a TurboTax Business file. As far as I know, the only professional software that can open a TurboTax file is ProSeries. It can open a TurboTax 1040 file, but I don't know if it can open or transfer a business file (1041, 1065, 1120, or 1120-S). And, of course, being able to open a file is not the same as being able to transfer the data to the following year.
I played with the new online BUSINESS program ... it would not let me set up a new account but it did find the businesses I do bookkeeping for using Quickbooks and let me start with one of them however there was no offer to transfer the prior year information... only to start a new return. I don't have the prior year TT Business program so it may work differently if I did ... maybe someone who uses the Business program can give it a go.
