The cost of your
TurboTax depends on your rank and what version you use. What version of TurboTax did you use?
Only the Free
Edition or Deluxe is free if you are E1 to E5. You get a discount if you
used Premier or Self-Employed. You also get a discount if your rank is
above E5.

If you qualify for free TurboTax, or you think you
didn't receive your discount, please check your fees.
- Log into your return
- On your Home screen, you can
click on View Order Summary
- If that doesn't give you the
detail
- Click on Tax Tools in the
left column
- Click on Tools (See the
screenshot below)
- Click on My Fees (See the
second screenshot below)
Are there additional
charges? Did you receive the discounted price?
If you did not
receive your discount or have additional charges, you will need to set up a call to request a
refund. Look at the following information and click on TurboTax Online. Read through all of the instructions. When you call, be sure to tell them you need a refund.
