Im getting error in NY state filing form IT225 - Part 1 A-101- its forcing me to enter a value and then says I cannot enter it myself

It is likely that IT-225 is populating because you entered an amount under the NYS potion of IRC 125 (see screenshot below). This is forcing Form IT-225. If you do not have a cafeteria plan, enter $0. Once removed, the IT-225 will be removed from your return. 

The IRC 125 is the amount of your cafeteria plan(s) that may be shown in Box14 of your W-2. They are pre-tax payroll deductions for certain medical and dependent care expenses. Please go back to you W-2 and enter the amount of your IRC 125.
