My taxes are complicated and I've always paid a CPA. I'm planning to try Turbo Tax this year but want assurance that I can get a refund if I end up having to use a CPA.

My taxes are extremely complicated and I'm tired of paying someone $600 to do them for me. I own my own business, and file in 2 states. I'm concerned that even after paying for Turbo tax I'll still end up having to use a CPA. I want assurance that I can get a refund from TT if I cannot use their services.

If you use the online web version, you don't pay until your're completely finished the return and indicate you are ready to file, so no refund is necessary.

If you use the CD/Desktop version, there is a 60 day no questions asked refund guarantee if you did not file the return.

Programs purchased at retail are subject to the retailers return policies so make sure to inquire about those before you buy at retail.
