How can I delete a form (form1116) so I can start all over?

In form 1116 information on line 8 does not automatically load to line 9.  Turbo Tax advice was to delete form 1116 do over.  I cannot find a way to delete a form.

Nope.  You can select DELETE A FORM, and select the 1116, and it says "you have deleted the form", but it does not go away.
