Yes, if you have not already filed, you can go back into the State section of the return and change your residency. You will need to go through a few screens in the State section to get to the NYC resident section.

If you moved into or out of NYC in any tax year you need to file form IT-360.1 showing the amount of time you lived in NYC and any income earned during that time period in the NYC side of the IT-360.1 so you are only paying tax on the income earned during the time you were a NYC resident.  Don't for get to also take the NYC school tax credit for the time you resided in NYC.  If you don't file form IT-360.1 and you had NYC tax withheld on your W-2 you will be charged a full year NYC tax when you file.  Also be sure to put your address you resided at during the 2017 tax year on the permeant address line if it is different from your current mailing address.  The permeant address line is where you lived prior to your move to your current address.  Example 0000 23rd Street, New York, NY was where you lived from Jan to Jun but than moved out of NYC to NJ which is your current mailing address.   This is best to use to show when you are moving into or out of NYC or NYS.
