I have finished & received refunds on 2016 taxes done on Turbotax bought at Amazon. How can I save a copy to my Turbotax account?

If you mean you used the downloaded/CD version and you want to add the 2016 return to the online Timeline then it cannot be done. The return will only be housed on your computer or any mobile storage unit like a thumb drive.
